1. What We Can Provide

Depending on the product and project requirements, we can supply the following certification and traceability documentation:

Document	Content
Mill / material certificate	Certificate for the aluminium supplied, stating alloy, temper and conformance.
Material specification	Confirmation of alloy grade, temper and thickness against the approved drawings.
Powder-coat finish details	Coating system, colour, gloss level and Dulux accreditation details from the applicator.
Third-party inspection report	HQTS inspection report(s) for imported product, with AQL result and photos.
Batch / job traceability	Linking of materials and finishes to the specific job and delivery.

2. Traceability Approach

We maintain traceability from incoming material through to delivered product:

• Incoming material — aluminium grade, temper and thickness are verified against order; mill certificates and material information are retained.
• Fabrication — materials and finishes are recorded against each job so a delivered item can be traced back to its inputs.
• Imported product — material information and third-party inspection records are obtained and retained for product manufactured by our offshore partner.
• Delivery — delivered items are linked to their job records and documentation.

3. Imported Product — Certification & Inspection

For product manufactured by our offshore partner, our approach gives specifiers confidence equivalent to locally fabricated product:

• Specification control — imported product is manufactured to the same approved drawings and specifications as local product.
• Independent inspection — HQTS, an independent third-party inspection company, inspects imported product against our specifications using AQL sampling to ISO 2859-1.
• Documented evidence — inspection reports with Pass/Pending/Fail results and photographs are retained and available on request.
• Material documentation — mill certificates and material information for imported material are obtained where required by the project.

4. How to Request Certification
